Pseudorandom generator in ${\mathrm{NC}}^1$

A pseudorandom generator whose output is computable by a logarithmic-depth boolean circuit family (${\mathrm{NC}}^1$); its existence is one of the four hypotheses of the JLS21 iO construction.
