CDH ⇒ UC-secure OT (DGHMW)
Statement
If CDH is hard for some group generator (no pairing is needed), there is a two-round 1-out-of-2 oblivious transfer protocol in the common reference string model that is UC-secure against static malicious corruptions — DGHMW20. The paper builds a basic two-round notion, elementary OT, from CDH and upgrades any elementary OT to UC-secure two-round OT by a generic sequence of transformations — DGHMW20.
